All 3 bambinos are now breathing on their own and today the isolette hoods were lifted so they are controlling their own temperatures. They may be put into a large crib together tonight. Today Edison and Giuiliana weigh exactly the same amount- just over 4 pounds. They are all quickly becoming breast feeding champs with a little help from a nipple shield (the Nurses call it training wheels, it makes it a little easier for them to get milk). Some feedings they aren't supplemented at all, they do all their own work. Discussions about what needs to happen before they come home have started and it could be coming in a couple weeks for some of them.
